A Vision For A Brighter Tomorrow

F.O.C.U.S. hosts a National Tour of Mothers whose loved one’s life has been taken due to police gun violence and the “Vision For A Brighter Tomorrow” Gala is held on April 4th of each year.

 The 2026 Conference kicks off in Zion, IL on Friday, April 3rd with a Meet and Greet of the families, Saturday, April 4, 2026, with a healing circle for families that has lost their loved one to violence at 10:00am. Also, on Saturday, April 4, 2026, the "Vision For A Brighter Tomorrow” banquet and Justus D. Howell College Scholarship Awards will be held at the Illinois Beach Hotel in Zion, Illinois. The program will include various community organizations, community leaders/activists, faith leaders, resources, and you.
