Justus D. Howell College Scholarship

This scholarship is used to identify exemplary high school students who wish to pursue higher education in college. This scholarship can be used to buy a computer, purchase clothing, obtain transportation, or anything else. The scholarship’s flexibility is purposefully designed to support our students’ various needs as they advance their education.
